Ron Papell has been practicing law in Los Angeles for over 25 years. During that time he has limited his practice to the representation of those who have been injured in accidents of all kinds and those who have been victims of medical negligence. In addition, the firm represents victims of elder abuse, sexual harassment and employment discrimination of all kinds as well as those who have been wrongfully terminated from their jobs. The firm also handles business litigation where tort or punitive damages are sought including bad faith cases against insurance companies.
All cases are handled on a contingent fee basis where the client does not pay attorneys fees unless a recovery is obtained on their behalf.
